Thank you for always visiting our online store. This time, we would like to talk about the newly released visuals. As an essential content for Kenford, we have been releasing many looks so far (we have compiled them in our Instagram highlights, so please check them out). This latest work was shot on location overseas for the first time. It was shot in Jakarta, Indonesia, a country that is an essential part of the brand.

The theme I wanted to express the most in this visual is the versatility of Kenford loafers. I don't think people often wear leather shoes when traveling, but through this look, I hope you can once again feel the potential of loafers to suit any occasion. Kenford loafers are much lighter than the leather shoes that you generally imagine, so they are perfect for carrying around, so please try them on your travels.

Bringing MADE IN JAPAN leather shoes to the world.

There was another reason for producing the visuals in Jakarta, and that was to demonstrate our intention to not only present our concept to Japan, but to communicate it to the world as well.

Japanese leather shoes are often talked about only in terms of quality, and I feel that it is difficult to break out of the category of "shoe store", but we want to spread the word about this brand that has been around since 86 years to new people. And we are proud that we can definitely do that. I felt again after working in a foreign land that I want to create a day when it becomes commonplace for Japanese leather shoes to be on par with foreign brands all over the world.

The influence of overseas brands shows no signs of slowing, but we hope to be proud of the fact that our shoes are MADE IN JAPAN and continue to produce shoes that people will want to take with them to all kinds of places.
